 Date of birth - April, 12th, 1948, town of Zhukovsky, Moscow region. In 1966, after finishing high school, he got a job in TsAGI as laboratory assistant. At the same time he entered the evening faculty of Bauman’s Institute (MVTU after Bauman). In 1972, after the Institute graduation, he proceeded his work in TsAGI first as an engineer and then as Head of Sector. In 1978, he has finished postgraduate study in TsAGI and in 1980 has defended the thesis for the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In the period of his work in TsAGI, he took an active part in the development and modernization of a number of civil and military aircraft and their armaments, such as Тu-144, Тu-204, Тu-334, Tu-160, MIG-29, MIG-31, Su-27, “Berkut” (‘Golden Eagle’), etc. In 1989-1991 years he worked in Moscow Aviation Institute as a lecturer on the course “Bases of strength norms and airplanes aeroelasticity”. In 1994 and 1996 he was elected the deputy of Zhukovsky’s municipal Council. In 1996-2000 years he worked as Deputy Head of Zhukovsky. In 2000, he started his work in JSC “AGAT Moscow Research Institute” as assistant to Director. Since 2002, he is Deputy General Director on economy and social items, and since 2006 he became Deputy General Director on economy. Since December, 1st, 2006 the Board of Directors of air-defense concern “Almaz-Antey” has elected him as General Director of JSC “AGAT Moscow Research Institute”. He has 36 published works.
